Tartuffe - Molière, Richard Wilbur We’re still in the drama unit of my AP English class, and this was the next gem that was waiting for us to read. Honestly, I had never heard of Tartuffe, nor does the idea of French drama thrill me, but I was surprised; it wasn’t perfectly captivating, but it was definitely decent. The constant rhyming couplets were both a blessing and a hindrance. All in all, though, I had fun and I didn’t love it, but I didn’t dislike it either. I feel like a lot of traditional or old stories like this (and Shakespeare) are really in the middle and just plain “meh” for me. So I just hope this review isn’t too boring!Read more?http://thaliasbooks.tumblr.com/post/42675720917/tartuffe-review
