Well, I've picked this up again after a couple months' break and to be honest, I don't remember very much of what happened recently. I'll probably Sparknotes the previous chapters I've read just so I can make sure I remember everything properly, while I continue forward.
I really do like the story and the characters, even if it's a little difficult to follow sometimes. I'm trying to follow the metaphor for the garden of Eden here, but sometimes I'm not sure who is supposed to be who. I'm not sure if Adam is supposed to be Adam, or if he's supposed to be Able, or what. Are his sons going to be Cain and Able? I don't know. Is Kate/Cathy supposed to be Eve or someone else entirely? I guess I'll just have to wait for find out.
