I have seriously mixed feelings about this book. While it was dorky and funny and I generally enjoyed it, if you look at my status updates on GoodReads, I did nothing but complain. I hate name-dropping and this book was absolutely full of it; the characters were kind of lame and were serious hipsters about everything; there was terrible parenting promoted and applauded; and…it was just downright not a quality book. It’s good for cheap entertainment, but if you’re easily offended by the derogatory use of the words “retard(ed)” or “faggot” and the like, then just look for a different book. The pros weren’t quite enough to outweigh the cons and make this really worth your time.Read more?http://thaliasbooks.tumblr.com/post/53645047486/struts-and-frets-review
