I'm still not a huge fan, but it's better now at least. I think I liked Hard Times more, though. Classics are a tough call for me--I either REALLY like them, or I really don't. *sigh* As a book nerd, I feel some sort of obligation to like classics--I mean, I love The Phantom of the Opera, Pride and Prejudice, Lord of the Rings, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Wuthering Heights, etc. I loved The Acts of King Arthur and His Noble Knights, Edgar Allan Poe, The Crucible, The Great Gatsby, even friggin Tartuffe, The Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man, and Beowulf. But sometimes, I'm just like, "UGH, THIS BOOK WHY", as I'm currently feeling here.
