Frankenstein - Mary Shelley

Well, this one had an interesting ending. I'll admit, it was incredibly sad to see the monster (I can now faithfully call him that, because he has definitely proven himself to be a monster) destroy Victor's loved ones out of petty selfishness and envy, though I, admittedly, was expecting the traditional pitchforks and mobbing villagers thing to take place--which it never did, but I'm okay with it.

It had a bittersweet ending, and while the beginning and some parts in the middle definitely lagged, I'm glad I had the opportunity to read this! Now...to write a brief paper on class relationships in the novel. orz;;
